CataCap allows donors to organize in support of causes that they are passionate about.
CataCap helps donor-investors support mission-driven investments through a simple donate-to-invest model.
CataCap invests as donors give and recommend. Most support comes from a venture's own network. Once approved, you can reach out to your supporters so they can donate through CataCap and recommend your venture or fund. Being listed on CataCap does not mean CataCap's donor-investors will support it.

Two Ways for CataCap to Support You
Some ventures come to CataCap already backed by aligned philanthropic supporters. Others are waiting for donor-investors to organize themselves. CataCap supports both paths.
Build A Soft Circle
You share a custom Soft Circle page with your supporters to gather non-binding commitments before CataCap opens the opportunity for donations — whether organizing the first $50K or preparing to move quickly past $100K.
We set a target that fits a given venture and build toward $50K, $100K+, or more in soft commitments, then CataCap may accept donations to support an opportunity when donor-investors are ready.
No deadline — we build commitments at their own pace.
We Open It for Donations
If we have already found lead donor-investors, we can skip to approve it on CataCap.
There already is $50K+ committed by donor-investors ready to give through CataCap now.
How CataCap works
From a donor's first gift to an investment by CataCap.
You reach out to your supporters
Share your Soft Circle page with people who know your work so they can make non-binding commitments. Once commitments reach $50K, CataCap may review the opportunity.
Donors give

CataCap invests; capital comes back
CataCap makes the investment. Repayments and returns go back to the charitable assets held by CataCap and stay charitable, and donor-investors can recommend new investments.
