The Impact Reserve Fund is designed for larger strategic donor investors who want liquidity, returns, and immediate impact, even while deciding how to allocate capital across opportunities on CataCap over time.
Rather than sitting idle, funds are deployed into a professionally managed Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), SME and Microfinance strategy—supporting underserved communities globally while generating steady returns. This pool is partially insured, incredibly diverse as a multi manager strategy more than 15 years of track record and no loss of principal ever, and monthly liquidity is provided. It primarily relies on the ImpactAssets Community Investment Strategy as its core pillar, though will also consider other well diversified funds or pools on the ImpactAssets platform.
Why this matters:
Most philanthropic capital sits in cash or a money market fund that generating little to no return—and no or even negative measurable social and environmental impact.
This changes that. And it allows you to move your total footprint of expected CataCap investing over at once while maintaining liquidity, yield and now creating massive impact!
