it's electric
it's electric is the world's first public curbside EV charging network powered by buildings. We install Level 2 chargers on urban curbsides that draw electricity from adjacent building spare electrical capacity — bypassing the costly and time-consuming grid interconnection and upgrades required by conventional charging infrastructure. Better yet? We revenue share with every building we connect to.it's electric’s core mission is to unlock EV access for urban drivers that have no private driveway or garage, resolving a critical infrastructure gap.Impact:Nearly half of U.S. households have no private driveway or garage. These drivers — disproportionately renters, lower-income, and from disadvantaged communities (that often are mass transit deserts) are forced to rely on their personal vehicle for daily transportation and as they cannot charge at home are effectively locked out of EV ownership. it's electric deployments are deliberately targeted at multifamily, high-density neighborhoods with high charging gaps, including Justice40-designated communities. In LA, this has meant prioritizing Koreatown and South LA to serve rideshare and delivery drivers who have the highest VMT and therefore the greatest GHG reduction potential per converted vehicle. We are raising our Seed II enabling the runway to unlock our first $10m in revenue via deployment within 9 awarded U.S. cites.

DACLAB Inc
First economically viable Direct Air Capture (DAC) products that remove CO₂ from the atmosphere to make a measurable impact when scaled. CO₂ is captured from air and stored permanently underground to manage atmospheric resources away from greenhouse effects. Captured CO₂ is also used in products like beverages and clean e-fuels which can strengthen global energy supply chains.Low Risk Business Model of an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), similar to how solar panel manufacturers don't build and manage solar farms, we only design and manufacture the carbon capture technology, and our partners deploy and manage the DAC farms. Thanks to six years of R&D, we are now a revenue generating business: $1.7M this year is booked and being delivered.Ready to Ship Products in two form factors which are the Kelvin Tower (350 tonnes of CO₂/year) and the Kelvin POD (100 ton/year unit) that will be made by contract manufacturers. In 2026, our Kelvin POD is being deployed at a brewery in Washington state paid for by the state, and we are delivering the first commercial Kelvin Tower to Deep Sky in Alberta, Canada paid for by the developer Deep Sky — where CO₂ will be permanently sequestered.Strong backers have invested $3.5M into DACLab's seed round to date, including Jane Woodward (Stanford Climate Fund, Fervo board) and Dave Roux (Silver Lake co-founder) and Peter Relan (first investor in Discord). We are now extending our seed round to accelerate deployment of the Kelvin product line.

SWEN Blue Ocean 2
SWEN Blue Ocean 2 is an Article 9 impact venture capital fund managed by SWEN Capital Partners, targeting €300 million of commitments. The fund is designed to support innovative companies developing scalable solutions to restore ocean health and regenerate marine biodiversity while seeking competitive venture capital returns. The strategy focuses on addressing the three main drivers of ocean degradation: overexploitation of marine resources, ocean pollution, and climate change. The fund primarily invests in Series A companies with proven technologies and demonstrated market traction, helping them scale commercially and expand internationally.SWEN Blue Ocean 2 is expected to build a diversified portfolio of approximately 20 to 25 companies, primarily in Europe, while retaining the flexibility to invest selectively in North America and other OECD countries. Target sectors include sustainable fisheries and aquaculture, ocean monitoring and data solutions, alternative seafood, circular economy and plastic pollution reduction technologies, maritime decarbonization, marine renewable energy, ocean carbon removal, and other innovations supporting a regenerative blue economy. The investment opportunity is driven by the growing need for solutions that can address the rapid deterioration of marine ecosystems. The ocean plays a vital role in food security, biodiversity preservation, climate regulation, and economic activity, yet is increasingly threatened by unsustainable fishing practices, pollution, and climate change. The fund seeks to capture the growth potential of businesses enabling the transition toward more sustainable ocean-related industries while generating measurable environmental benefits.Impact is fully embedded throughout the investment process. Each investment undergoes dedicated impact and ESG due diligence and must demonstrate a positive contribution to ocean health while complying with “Do No Significant Harm” principles. The strategy benefits from the support of leading scientific expertise and an independent Impact Committee composed of internationally recognized ocean conservation and science experts. The fund contributes directly to UN Sustainable Development Goal 14 (Life Below Water) and is also expected to support other sustainability objectives, including SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and, where relevant, SDG 15 (Life on Land). Through a rigorous impact measurement framework and dedicated impact KPIs, SWEN Blue Ocean 2 seeks to deliver both systemic environmental impact and attractive long-term value creation for investors.NOTE: This investment on CataCap is run through a participation in the multi-funder donor advised fund Sea Forward Ocean Health Fund at ImpactAssets. That doesn't change any of the economics or underlying terms, but allows us to simplify activities, reduce transaction burden on the investment fund and adds more eyes on the fund by experts at Sea Foward.
