Regenera Ventures Fund invests in companies transitioning to or scaling regenerative production, fostering biodiversity, and restoring Mexican ecosystems. We partner with businesses helping local producers adopt resilient, diversified methods aligned with ecological and social well-being. Our approach combines a structured exit strategy, flexible returns, and deep alignment with impact goals.

We plan to invest in 12–15 companies across agribusiness, forestry, nature tourism, regenerative cattle ranching, aquaculture, and enterprises enabling the shift to regenerative agriculture. We prioritize ventures that improve soil health, strengthen livelihoods, conserve biodiversity, sequester carbon, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions—always with a local leadership and gender lens. Our focus includes small and medium farmers, indigenous communities, women-led enterprises, and low- to middle-income groups engaged in regenerative value chains.

With its legal structure established, anchor investors secured, and over 300 pipeline opportunities mapped, the fund is positioned for first close. Regenera Ventures is a fund that was incubated by SVX MX. SVX MX brings nearly a decade of expertise—mobilizing over $65M, supporting 43 projects in 8 countries, training 4,000+ investors, and completing 33 transactions in sustainable agriculture.
