    About Homeland

Homeland is building a civil defense operating system for the Information Age - to protect Jewish life and strengthen societies against coordinated modern threats.

Influence, narrative, and AI now shape reality before institutions react. Jewish communities are the early stress test. October 7 exposed the gap: there is no civilian system designed to defend society itself against coordinated campaigns moving through media, institutions, law, and public opinion. Signals are everywhere - response is fragmented and slow.

The missing layer: a civilian coordination system that sees across domains early enough to intervene.

    What Homeland is

    • A continuously running operating layer that turns fragmented signals into coordinated, lawful action.
    • Not a content operation, monitoring dashboard, or reporting service - an execution system.
    • A backbone that strengthens existing organizations rather than replacing them.

The operating model - an always-on loop (I⁴)

    Intelligence -> Information -> Insight -> Intervention

    • Detect signals (open sources + institutional inputs)
    • Resolve actors, networks, escalation dynamics
    • Prioritize via structured assessment and decision support
    • Orchestrate response with human oversight and governance

One system - three coordinated action arms

    • Narrative - counter-messaging, public communications, platform referrals
    • Legal - lawful escalation pathways, complaints, enforcement coordination
    • Operational - partner mobilization, field support, disruption and deterrence

    Why this team

Built by a trust-based team that has run real systems under pressure - combining Israel’s security and intelligence operating depth with Silicon Valley system-building and execution discipline.

What the funding enables (this CataCap campaign)

Homeland is forming a small group of Founding Partners to establish a permanent civilian defense capability that the public sector cannot build.

Use of funds (Phase I): operational MVP (signal-to-action loop), pilots, integrations.

    • Build the platform
    • Retain and expand the team
    • Operationalize pilots (playbooks, integrations, governance)

Bottom line: without this layer, defenses remain fragmented - and coordinated threats compound faster than communities and institutions can respond.

    Mission and Vision

We founded Homeland to help build the civilian infrastructure that open societies require in the information age. As influence operations, narrative manipulation, and AI-driven amplification increasingly destabilize societies from within, Homeland focuses on securing civic stability and protecting Jewish life without politicization or escalation. We operate as a long-term civilian civil-defense platform, designed to detect, understand, and respond to systemic threats across narrative, digital, institutional, and physical domains. Homeland is built by a trust-based, outcome-driven team with experience running real systems under pressure. Our senior leadership brings deep backgrounds in operating national-scale systems from Israel’s security and intelligence ecosystem, combined with Silicon Valley venture and system-building execution. The goal is to build durable, trusted infrastructure that strengthens society’s ability to withstand manipulation, polarization, and breakdown.
