Founder
Lily Kanter is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple successful companies including Serena & Lily, where she served as co-founder and CEO for thirteen years. Her previous venture, Boon Supply, provided $104 million to schools through its innovative fundraising platform. She recently founded Averylily, a design studio focusing on soulful spaces and supporting women artisans globally, and Empower Her, an Impact Investing Collective investing in female-led ventures. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, she held leadership positions at Microsoft, where she received the Chairman’s Award from Bill Gates for pioneering their first retail presence in San Francisco. A Wexner Heritage Fellow and Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, Lily serves as Chair of the Diller Tikkun Olam Awards.

After a rewarding career in Personal Finance as an executive with Charles Schwab, LPL Financial and other organizations, Beth shifted her attention to the intersection of philanthropy and business as the Chief Growth Officer at ImpactAssets. She currently invests in start-up organizations and serves on several non-profit boards addressing systemic change in environmental, social justice and economic opportunities. She is a graduate of Middlebury College and the Wharton Graduate School of Business.
