Empower Her is a dedicated impact investment group on CataCap that focuses exclusively on women-led companies, providing them with access to the $1.4 trillion in donor-advised funds (DAFs), foundations, and individual giving that is often beyond reach. We are committed to inspiring changemakers and fueling innovation by investing in women. Our investment committee identifies promising companies, ensuring we back leaders with the potential to create significant impact. Additionally, the committee manages the Empower Her Founders Fund, allocating resources toward 5-10 high-potential investments each year. Through these efforts, we are not only supporting businesses—we are fostering lasting, transformative change for future generations.

LILY KANTER

Lily Kanter is a serial entrepreneur with 5 start-ups. She was the co-founder of Serena & Lily and most recently the cofounded Averylily and GoodMvmt. Lily has over 35 years of experience in the business and technology fields.

BETH STELLUTO

Beth is a social enterprise Investor and Advisor. As a financial services executive, she has managed investment funds, built and marketed products designed to democratize investment access. She currently works at the intersection of philanthropy, investing and entrepreneurship.
